Products and fitment
Read the fitment, options and contents listed on each product page. Confirm compatibility with your motorcycle, controls, exhaust and accessories before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure. Product photographs show examples; lighting, screens and product options may affect appearance. Custom specifications must be agreed with us before an order is placed.
Pricing and orders
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Please review your selected options, contact details and shipping address before paying. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss a correction or refund rather than substitute a product without agreement.
Production and delivery
Our fabricated motorcycle parts are generally built to order. Allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production where stated on the product page; carrier transit time is additional. Apparel is fulfilled through Printful and has separate production and delivery timing. Products marked in development are not released or available to order. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping, changes and returns
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains shipping eligibility, return conditions, order changes, cancellations and damaged orders. Contact us before returning an item. Custom-colour and custom-made products have the restrictions described in that policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Installation and use
Motorcycle components must be installed correctly and checked for secure mounting and adequate clearance, including throughout steering and suspension travel. Follow any supplied installation guidance and obtain qualified assistance if needed. Crash bars and sliders cannot prevent every type of damage or injury. Do not use a motorcycle with loose, damaged or incorrectly fitted components.

EI8HTY8 Industry branding, photographs and website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Harley-Davidson and other third-party names identify compatible motorcycles or components; they remain the property of their respective owners. Compatibility references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
