Production and order processing
Many EI8HTY8 Industry motorcycle parts are built to order. Allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production where stated on the product page. Carrier transit time is additional. Apparel is fulfilled through Printful and has separate production and delivery timing. Mixed orders may arrive in separate shipments. Check your product details or contact info@eighty8industry.com before ordering if timing is important.
Shipping destinations and rates
We ship to Canada and the United States. Other destinations are unavailable unless we approve them in advance.
For Canadian orders below CAD $450, available carrier rates are calculated at checkout. Canadian orders of CAD $450 or more have a free standard shipping option. U.S. orders pay the available carrier rates at all order values. The shipping options and total displayed at checkout apply to your order.
Delivery estimates begin after production and handoff to the carrier. Estimates are not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and address errors can affect delivery. Provide a complete and accurate address and contact us immediately if it needs correction. Address changes may no longer be possible after processing or shipment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Allow time for the carrier to update its tracking record. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers.
Duties, taxes and import fees
Shipments to the United States may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Built-to-order items can normally be changed or cancelled only before production starts. Once materials have been ordered, fabrication has begun or customization has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Apparel changes depend on whether fulfillment has started.
Eligible returns
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery on eligible products. Contact info@eighty8industry.com for authorization and instructions before sending anything back. Eligible returns must be unused and uninstalled, in original condition, free from scratches, wear, damage or modification, and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original parts, hardware and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective or damaged item.
Custom products
Custom-colour, personalized and customer-specification products are final sale unless defective, damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Products that are no longer resalable because of installation, use, modification or customer handling are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Refunds
We inspect returned items on arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the item arrived defective or damaged. Allow several business days for the payment provider to process an approved refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact info@eighty8industry.com as soon as possible. Include your name and order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product. For shipping damage, also include photographs of the packaging and shipping label. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, replacement part or refund.
